body positive moment today
I tried on bikinis today (a milestone in and of itself) and they didn’t really fit. I was able to remind myself that the clothes did not fit me, not that I did not fit the clothes. It felt good to remember that different brands mean that sizes are not always the same and that it is not a reflection on me, but rather on the clothes.
